The summary
Uzbekistan after gaining the independence has risen on the way of independent development. And as one of aspects of the progress becomes the economic development of the state, one of which ultimate goals is the increase of welfare of its citizens and achievement of the public consent.
The president of the Republic of Uzbekistan I. A. Karimov in his book " Uzbekistan on the threshold of XXI century: threats to security, conditions and warranties of progress " noted, that in transitive period the large danger is represented by a category of so-called economic crimes, which are made in conditions of formation of new economic mechanisms.
In this work along with criminality and corruption, which have been considered as kinds of threats to the state security, also determined some crimes representing threat to normal development of the state: "washing up" of money, production and trade in drugs and smuggling.
Actuality of the chosen theme. The crimes, considered in the present work, are actual by their nature, because they:
1. impair normal economic development of the states;
2. are usually complicated by presence of a foreign element, sometimes a part of crime is committed on the territory of other state;
3. also closely interconnected with each other (i. e. smuggling and illegal turn-over of narcotic means and psychotropic substances);
4. are determined in the international conventions of universal and regional character and in the bilateral agreements;
The 2 chapter surveys the essence and public danger of such crimes as smuggling, legalization of illegal incomes, illegal operations with narcotic means and psychotropic substances and counterfeiting.
Chapter 3 dedicated to the international cooperation of states. In this chapter I described the forms and types of international cooperation (international agreements and international organizations. On the example of the Convention "About the mutual legal assistance and legal relations among the states-member
